The latest in our series of behind-the-scenes blog posts about recent jobs completed by Dolphin focuses on the Olive Tree restaurant in Eastwood, a town in Nottinghamshire.
This job was completed by Dolphin’s amazing fitters over the weekend.
The Olive Tree is a Mediterranean grill and pasta restaurant which only opened its doors at the start of the year. Its menu combines the best of Italian, Greek and Middle Eastern cuisine.

These included 500 x 500 stainless steel baffle filters, grease clean out drawers, LED down lights and personal air supply grills fitted to the underside of the canopies.
Both canopies used the same extract system comprising of 560dia ducting, a 560 contra rotating fan, a 560dia silencer and a 560dia high velocity cowl.
The supply air for the ‘L’-shaped canopy consisted of a 350dia mixed flow fan, 350dia ducting and weather louvre complete with insect mesh.
The Olive Tree now has a distinctive, professional and hygienic catering environment.
