May has been a very busy month for Dolphin’s team of fitters, with a number of big jobs being completed across South Yorkshire. The first of these was at Otto’s Wine Bar in Sprotbrough. a village in Doncaster.
Otto’s is an award-winning neighbourhood bar with a relaxed, inclusive atmosphere and a rustic feel and even hosts regular gin and jazz nights.
Dolphin supplied and installed a stainless steel wall canopy and stainless steel wall cladding to create a hygienic, modern-looking catering environment to ensure Otto’s staff have the perfect surroundings to prepare their ambitious menu.
We also installed an air input fan comprising of a 315 plate fan mounted into a purpose-made box, complete with weather louvre, insect mesh and double deflection grills.
