The first Sahil Restaurant was opened in 1978, it was the first Indian/Pakistani restaurant in Denmark to offer dishes prepared according to the country’s original traditional recipes. The taste you can enjoy in Sahil’s restaurant today is therefore based on an uncompromising approach to the world-famous food tradition in Pakistani cuisine and 38 years of experience in cuisine in Denmark.
The restaurant in Copenhagen is still there to this day, located at Havnegade 33. They are now bringing these same flavours, plus new dishes, to the beautiful Peak District. The new Sahil Street Food Restaurant is based at 1 Market Street, Bakewell.
Dolphin Catering was selected to manufacture, supply & install a stainless steel wall canopy for their new restaurant. The wall canopy system was complete with full extract system, stainless steel wall cladding, passive air, various fabrications including wall units, tables and counters.
